(1) GTi Gravity Feed Gun The GTi spray gun has been developed to take refinishers into the next millennium. It provides superb performance with all refinish primer and paint systems, plus assured compliance with EPA legislation. Developed using the world's most advanced techniques in computational fluid dynamics, the GTi has become recognised for setting the atomisation, lay down and colour matching standards for compliant spray guns. The GTi will handle waterbased, high, medium and low solids plus conventional materials. FEATURES:-
- First class atomisation and material distribution.
- Reduced overspray and significant material savings.
- Trans-Tech compliant technology (No.110 air cap).
- Transfer efficiency comfortably in excess of the EPA specified 65%.
- Tough, corrosion resistant blue anodised gun body.
- Accurate repeatable settings from datum markers on controls.
- Lightweight parts to reduce operator fatigue.
- Wide choice of fluid tips to suit materials and preferred flow rate.
- Modular components for easier, faster servicing.
- Paint cup accepts integral filter and gravity cup liners.
(2)GTi Suction Feed Gun The blue anodised finish gives easy visual identification of guns in use for waterbase duty. The GTi is a compliant spray gun which means that its transfer efficiency puts it comfortably within the EPA specified limits. For a low pressure, low overspray gun the performance is outstanding with superb finishes, colour matching and metallic dispersion whatever the paint brand or system in use.
FEATURES:-
- Superior atomisation and laydown with all materials.
- Operator preferred fit, feel and balance in the hand.
- Choice of either HVLP spray technology (No.115 air cap) or Trans-Tech compliant technology (No.110 air cap).
- Efficiency comfortably in excess of the EPA specified 65%.
- Tough, corrosion resistant blue anodised gun body.
- 25% lighter than its conventional JGA partner.
- A full range of set-ups to match paint company specifications.
- User friendly datum markers on fluid and spreader controls.
